During your term of employment with The Crowndite, you shall not engage in any business activities that conflict with the company’s interests. Your full office time and attention must be dedicated to promoting the company’s interests. Disclosure or use of The Crowndite’s trade secrets or confidential information is strictly prohibited.

2. Professional and Personal Engagements
You shall not undertake any professional or personal engagements, part-time assignments, jobs, tasks, or any other positions with other companies or third parties that conflict with The Crowndite’s interests. Your full-time efforts must be devoted to the development of the company, and no other interests should preclude you from giving your best attention, time, and effort to the company.

3. Compliance with Rules and Regulations
You must abide by all applicable rules and regulations that are in force from time to time.

4. Assignment of Duties
You will be assigned tasks based on the business needs of The Crowndite. You are expected to perform duties and conform to directions and instructions assigned by the company or its authorized officers. The management reserves the right to assign you additional duties within your department or other departments as needed.

5. Performance and Review
You are expected to perform to the best of your abilities. Your performance will be reviewed periodically according to company norms.

6. Company Property
You are responsible for the safekeeping and return in good condition of all company property in your use, custody, or charge.

7. Update of Personal Information
You must keep the HR department informed in writing of any changes in your residential address, family status, and other necessary information.

8. Quality of Services
You are expected to exercise your specialized expertise and judgment to provide The Crowndite and its clients with high-quality services.

9. Company Representation
You shall not publicly criticize, defame, or misrepresent The Crowndite. You must avoid actions that could adversely affect the company’s image or business.

10. Confidentiality of Compensation
You must not share your personal salary, benefits, and related compensation details with other employees, clients, partners, contractors, or others. Prior written permission is required if you intend to disclose such information for personal banking or related reasons. Sharing compensation details with others is considered a violation of integrity and the terms and conditions of this employment agreement.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials from this site, including but not limited to images, graphics, and text, without explicit written permission from The Crowndite, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
